Safety
Yes I know, you are all professionals with loads of experience and you won’t get hurt, well you would not believe the number of Lawn Care Service employees that have that same thought every year, and still get hurt, it will only take a few seconds to read this, and just maybe it will prevent some of you from getting hurt.
1. Refer to the instruction manual for information on use and care.
2. Never leave a running mower unattended.
3. Keep children and pets away from mowing operations.
4. Remove all objects (rocks, sticks, etc.) from the path of the mower.
5. Keep hands and feet clear of mowing parts.
6. Work across slopes, not up and down.
7. Don’t pull a rotary mower backward unless absolutely necessary to maneuver the mower
out of a tight spot.
8. Stop the motor or engine or disengage the cutting blade when moving the mower across
a driveway, walk, or unmowed area.
9. Stop the engine or motor before you clean or adjust the mower.
10. Remove the sparkplug wire on gasoline models and disconnect the power on electrical models before working on the mower.
11. Keep gasoline only in specialized safety cans.
Please be safe, I enjoy having all of my fingers and toes, and I’m sure most of you do also!!

Mowers,
What your customer reads
By Mr.Andrew Caxton
Using the right essential lawn care equipment is the best way
to keep your lawn healthy and looking good.
When it comes to properly caring for your lawn, having the
proper equipment goes a long way to ensuring that the lawn is
looking beautiful and healthy. If you are looking on the market
for new lawn care equipment, you will certainly be spoilt for
choice in terms of the selection that is available. The thing is
however, that with all of the different types out there, there
are actually only a few bits of equipment that are essential for
most lawns.
A Run Down of Essential Lawn Care Equipment
When it comes to caring for your lawn, there is no better start
than to use a good lawnmower to properly cut the grass. There
will be a lawnmower to suit everyone’s needs and also everyone’s
different types of grass.
If you have a smaller lawn then this will mean that you will be
better off going for a smaller lawnmower and if you have a
larger lawn then obviously you will want a stronger and more
powerful lawnmower, to help you with the task ahead. Without a
lawnmower you will find it extremely difficult to maintain good
lawn care and this is why a lawnmower is an essential piece of
lawn care equipment.
The good news for people searching for a lawnmower is the fact
that there is a massive range available; whether you go into
your local hardware or home improvement store, or whether you
search on the internet for one.
Something else that is considered as an essential piece of lawn
care equipment is an irrigation system. This helps to regularly
distribute water evenly over your lawn. If you have one of these
installed, you will not have to worry all of the time about
watering your lawn as this works by using an automatic timer to
spread the water during certain times of the week. This is
absolutely ideal if you have a larger lawn, but if you have a
smaller lawn then you may just use a hose pipe for this task.
There are some companies out there that will be able to install
an irrigation system for you and the good news is that it can
all be up and running within a day and the results from it are
almost instant.
Getting the essential lawn care equipment helps to make sure
that your lawn looks great and it easily helps to maintain the
look as well. Obviously this is what you want especially if you
have spent a long time growing your lawn from scratch.
